About Me

Originally from the UK, I have been living in Manhattan New York for over 14 years. A few years ago a friend of mine and her husband were going through IVF treatments. They began to show me the amount of medication they needed to take, the long scheudle of doctors visits and calendar of times and dates needed to take their medication. I had known that the fertility treatments could be challenging, yet I had no idea of just how intense and just how stressful the program was.

I began to wonder just how I could help. I was already a Certified Hypnotist with a strong understanding of the mind/body connection and I just knew that there had to be a way to assist this process. Working with the underlying premise that once the mind is in the right place and then the body will follow, I searched for a Hypnosis program that would ensure that I could use my skills to assist othes in becomingr parents. I found Lyndsi Eastburns Hypnosis for Fertility Program, trained and certified with Lyndsi began my practice in New York City.

Since then my fertility practice has been blooming and more and more of my clients have become pregnant. These moms-to-be have so loved the hypnosis prgram that it seemed the natural next step for me to become a HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator and move into the next phase ...birth.

I believe that birth is a most personal and precious moment. One that is shared with the people you love and hold most dear. It can be a defining moment in a woman's life and a time of strength and empowerment. I truly believe that our birth experience along with the early years of life has a direct affect on how we develop, emotionally physically and spiritually.

I have such a passion for inspiring and empowering parents-to-be to experience the joy of a calm, relaxed birth, and I delight in the idea of bringing more peace to the world, with each and every birth.
